How it works
Share your code
Every account has one under Settings → Referrals, with a link ready to send.
They sign up with it
They come in through your link and the discount applies on its own. There's no separate form and nothing to tell us.
They pay their first month
That's where your commission starts. Signing up doesn't count: the 14-day trial earns nothing for anyone.

It works differently depending on who refers
A lab bringing another lab is competing for the same client, so it gets paid. A dentist bringing their lab is solving their own problem, so what they get is something else.

When do I start getting paid?
When the lab you brought pays their first month, right as their trial ends: the 14 trial days earn no commission. If they sign up with your code and never end up paying, there's nothing to credit. That's the only condition for the commission to start running.
How long do I get paid for the same referral?
Up to 12 months counted from their first payment. You earn 15% every month that lab pays, and the month they stop paying the commission stops there. The 12 months are a cap, not a promise: if the lab stays two years, from month 13 on it earns nothing more.
Is there a limit on referrals?
Up to ten referrals count at a time. The cap is on referrals within their commission window, not historical referrals: when one completes its twelve months, it frees the slot for the next. This is a recommendation program between colleagues, not a resale channel.
How is the commission paid?
It's credited to your own Zircca subscription: it lowers what you pay each month until it's used up. It isn't a transfer and doesn't require you to issue an invoice, which is what keeps it simple for both sides.
Can the discount stack with another promotion?
No. The entry discount is one per account: whoever arrives with a code gets that discount and no other. You also can't arrive with two codes or change referrer after signing up.
Can I refer myself?
No. Accounts created with your own email don't count, nor do labs where you're already a user, nor a second account for the same lab. A referral only counts if it's a genuinely new account that reaches real payment.
Does a dentist earn money for bringing their lab?
No, and that's deliberate. A dentist's Zircca account is free and unlimited, with every lab they work with. Their gain is having all their labs in one place: the cases, the files and the statements together instead of spread across five separate chat threads. That's why a lab arriving through a dentist comes in with a bigger discount than one arriving through another lab.
