Who operates this site

Zircca is a product of FL Marketing Management LLC, a company formed in Florida, United States. That entity is who you contract with when you create an account, and who answers for the service.

What Zircca is

Case management software for dental labs and technicians: the order, each dentist's pricing, the remakes and the delivery all end up in writing. It is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription and used from the browser.

It is not a medical device or a clinical record, and it does not replace any professional's judgement. It is the administrative tool a lab runs its work with.

The documents that govern the service

What you can expect from us and we from you is in the terms of service. What data we keep, what for, and what rights you have, is in the privacy policy. What is stored in your browser and what is sent to third parties is in the cookie policy. All three are linked at the foot of this page.

If any of those documents and this notice were to say different things, the specific document governs: this one only identifies the company.

Ownership

The software, the Zircca name, the site design and its documentation belong to FL Marketing Management LLC. What you put in — your cases, your clients, your price list, your files — is yours, and you can take all of it out from inside the application whenever you want. It is written that way in the terms and it is not a courtesy: a product that holds your data hostage is not chosen, it is endured.

Governing law

This site and the service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. None of this removes rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
