Terms of Service

What Zircca is and who you contract with
Zircca is case management software for dental labs, provided by FL Marketing Management LLC (Florida, United States). It is contracted per account and billed as a monthly subscription. The dentists a lab works with get free access to their own portal and do not consume plan seats.
The account and who answers for it
Whoever creates the account is its administrator and answers for what the users they invite do. Credentials are personal: sharing one account among several people breaks the record of who did what, which is exactly what settles a dispute later.
Who owns the data
The cases, patients, files, and prices a lab enters belong to that lab. Zircca processes them to provide the service and does not sell them, hand them to third parties, or use them to train models. If the account closes, they can be exported before deletion.
Trial and billing
A new account starts with a 14-day trial and no card required. When it ends, you pick a plan to keep using it. Prices are stated in US dollars and billing is monthly and in advance. There is no lock-in: you can cancel whenever you want.
Any taxes that apply in your country are yours to pay, unless the law requires otherwise.
Interruptions
Zircca relies on third-party providers (hosting, database, storage, email). We do what is reasonable to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will never go down. Nothing here replaces keeping backups of the lab's critical information.
Clinical and regulatory use
Zircca organizes a lab's work: it is not a medical device, gives no clinical guidance, and does not replace professional judgment. Complying with the health and health-data regulation that applies to your activity is your responsibility.
Zircca does not store patient names: the field is reduced to initials on save, and the database enforces that. Free-text fields — comments, internal notes, and the note on each job — are not for identifying a patient, and you agree not to use them for that. We cannot filter them without destroying what you did write there, so in those fields the responsibility is yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. None of this removes rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
Changes
If these terms change in a material way, we notify each account's administrators by email before they take effect.
