Subprocessors

What this list is

To provide the service, Zircca relies on providers that process data on behalf of FL Marketing Management LLC and under its instructions. In data protection terms they are subprocessors, and the data processing agreement (DPA) each lab accepts authorizes those published here.

None of them may use the data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data and it is not used to train artificial intelligence models.

Who they are

• Supabase: database, authentication, and files. Operates in United States.
• Railway: application hosting. Operates in United States.
• Cloudflare: the network the site's traffic comes through. It sees the IP address of each request and the country it comes from. Operates in United States.
• Resend: delivery of the product's emails. Operates in United States.
• Stripe: subscription billing. Cards are processed in its own environment and Zircca never receives or stores a single digit. Operates in United States.
• Anthropic: the model behind the assistant, only if your lab turns it on. It does not use the data to train its models. Operates in United States.
• Google (Analytics y Tag Manager): site usage measurement, only if you accept. Operates in United States.
• Meta Platforms: measurement of our ads, only if you accept. Operates in United States.
• Telegram: receives an internal notice when a new account is created, with the lab's name and the email of whoever signed up. It goes to our own channel and nowhere else. Operates in United Arab Emirates.

The three that depend on you

Three on the list do nothing unless someone allows it, and that permission is withdrawn in one click.

Anthropic only receives anything when someone asks the assistant, and only if your lab has it switched on. It is turned off in Settings → Assistant.

Google and Meta only measure browsing on our public site, and only if you accepted measurement in the cookie notice. It is withdrawn from the privacy policy, and withdrawing it deletes any cookies they had set.

If this list changes

We notify each account's administrators by email before the change takes effect, as the DPA and the privacy policy state. The date above is that of the latest version.
